SHIPPING POLICY

BLACK BAR CREATIVE STUDIO offers regular domestic shipping, with Canada Post.   

For in stock items, please allow for 2 to 5 business days, for packing and processing.  

Please note, some countries have additional custom and duty charges, that are strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. Once shipped, any lost or damaged packages are not our responsibility. We ask that you please review your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for any incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

FREE LOCAL DROP OFF

We additionally offer free contactless local drop off in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, only. This option can be selected during checkout.

$5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Available in ALBERTA, CANADA, only.

$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Includes shipping to any Province / Territory in CANADA (excludes ALBERTA).

BLACK BAR CREATIVE STUDIO offers low cost international shipping, with DYK Post.

Please note, due to variations of monitors and browsers, items photographed may appear differently in person. We do our best to accurately represent our jewelry, and try to make any differences minimal.

Should you have any questions or concerns about your jewelry purchases, please email us (within 7 days of original delivery date), at blackbarcreativestudio@shaw.ca, to discuss any returns, refunds, and or exchanges. 

Any items returned, refunded, or exchanged, MUST be received in its original packaging and in unworn, new condition, accompanied by the original receipt. 

Please note, items wanting to be returned / refunded / exchanged, will be reviewed by a case to case basis. For any accepted returns, only the product amount will be refunded, as the shipping fees are non refundable.
